"We would like to say a huge thank you for the wonderful care that you gave Mum over the last few months. You all supported Mum and all of her family in differing ways and this contributed to her being as content and as comfortable ... as was humanly possible. What more could we ask! We will be eternally grateful to you ..."

"Words cannot do justice to my feelings about the Leonard Pulham Home at Halton. It is a place of peace, genuine concern, and respect for the residents. Mary* was a very special lady and we will be forever grateful that her last 15 months were spent where she was treated with such dignity and kindness. Thank you all so very much"
"Thanks to ALL staff at Leonard Pulham for the care, understanding and consideration shown to Mum over the past four years... I personally will miss my regular visits to LPNH and the chats with various members of staff. Our thanks again, with special thanks to those who extended such empathy towards Mum"
"You enveloped Mum in your care with kindness, respect and understanding and she blossomed. To place Mum with you all at Leonard Pulham was a decision well made – first class choice and no regrets"
In the process of updating
Please be reassured that measures have been put in place to address all of the issues raised in our recent C.Q.C. report. A service improvement plan is in place and everyone at Leonard Pulham is working hard towards achieving a much better rating at our next inspection. We are currently working in conjunction with the C.Q.C., Bucks County Council and the C.C.G. to ensure that our service improvement plan is implemented.
